You can order your uniform online by simply downloading the order form, once you have completed the form. Attach the file and write the learners name and surname as the subject on an e-mail  to   

Mrs.  Diko  adminclerk@lmhs.co.za. Payments may be made at the uniform shop one the day of collection.
